PART TIME WEBSITE DEVELOPER
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our company and client websites. Web developer will work closely with Brand Strategist in building websites from concept all the way to completion across various industries from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites in WordPress utilizing themes, custom builds, elementor, WP bakery and more.
- Design and develop eCommerce websites in Shopify and WooCommerce
- Design and develop websites in WIX, Webflow and other platforms
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our company site
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Understanding of how brand guidelines, messaging and SEO content integrate into the website for optimum user experience
- Member login/user dashboard development
Requirements and skills
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

Junior Graphic Designer Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend weekly POD meetings
- Understanding of color theory, target audience and brand positioning
- Review Client and Creative Brief from Brand Strategist to understand client goals prior to design
- Ability to audit client’s current brand and make recommendations for improvement and communicate this with client
- Website navigation understanding, WIX website design, PDF mock-up website design
- Communicate with website development and content writer vendors
- Logo design
- Brand board & Style guide design
- Select font pairing, color palettes & imagery that align with client audience and goals
- Pull stock photography or recommend original photography concepts to the client
- Print knowledge and promotional product knowledge
- Email signature design coding
Graphic Design Needs Include but are not limited to:
Brand Boards, Style Guides, Business cards, Email Signatures, Logo design, Website design, flyers, postcards, banners, invitations, signage, email campaigns, digital presentations/publications, coordinating with printers, vendors, clients, etc.
Not Always needed but important:
- Ability to communicate with clients directly and professionally on an as needed basis
- Timeline and project manage a project
- Occasional content writing and proofreading

Step 1: Interview with Hiring Lead
The first interview will be a zoom meeting to match your strengths and expertise with the position(s) we’re filling and will be conversational in nature.
Step 2: Strengths Finder Assessment
There are no right or wrong answers here! The goal of this assessment is to learn your communication and collaboration style and how we will collaborate together in a team environment. We thrive with diverse perspectives pouring into the various marketing efforts for our clients.
Step 3: Interview with Agency Owner
The goal of this meeting is to learn more about your story, experience, unique passions and skillsets and how we can work together to further Edge’s mission and your personal life mission simultaneously.
Step 4: Meet the Team
Spend the day with us and attend our weekly team meeting! We will provide an agenda for the day with different team members to meet with and shadow before a final in person interview. The goal of this day is to share our collaborative team environment, share more about the types of clients and projects we’re working on and learn more about your creative ideas, feedback and inspiration!
